Read-only views for checking an agent's work from anywhere, especially the
phone.

File block.
- Config: { host, path }, read through M7's fs methods.
- Syntax highlighting and line numbers.
- It follows fs.watch live, which matters while an agent edits.
- capture --text returns the file.
Diff block. It takes any of three sources:
- { host, repo, rev_a, rev_b }, computed by the host's daemon;
- a working-tree diff;
- the edit diffs from an M6b agent block's tool-call cards (ACP tool calls
  carry diff content). "Open diff" on a tool call opens one.
- Unified on the phone, split on the desktop. It is read-only, with "open
  file" per hunk.
Done when:
- from the phone, open the diff of what an agent just changed in a VM tab,
  tap a hunk, and land in a live file block showing that line;
- both keep updating while the agent keeps editing.
