Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The real-reboot check of geek hasn't been done. Reboot survival is the headline, so it should be checked for real, not only by the SIGKILL-and-wipe integration test.
Decided 2026-10-01: tracked separately; it does not gate the launch.
